I'm Back... After trying the HCG diet and starving myself.. yeah not so much for me...I wasn't hungry on the diet, however, I didn't feel it was safe for my body to only eat 500 calories a day.

I decided to get my life back on the beach, the south beach diet that is.

I started yesterday, March 1st. So On March 15th, I will start P2, and I did this diet last year, and about this time last year, I was the lowest weight I had been in 10 years. I want to loose weight and get to a reasonible weight and maintain, before hubby and I would try and have another baby. I do not want to gain that much weight again and not be have hormones raging and feel like a beached whale.

This diet is much more balanced:
B-Hard Boiled Eggs, Cauliflower
S-Babybell Cheese & Sugar Snap Peas
L-Soy Burger, Cauliflower & Broccoli, with a bit of FF Ranch, Water
S-Sugar Snap Peas
D-Salsa Chicken & Beans
S-Cottage Cheese & Cinnamon
