P 1-Day 3

Happy Thursday!

Menu for today
B-2 slices of soy bacon, sugar snap peas, diet hot chocolate with water & milk, YUM
S-I brought more sugar snap peas then I could eat for b-fast, been snacking on them...
L-Salsa Chicken with Beans
S-Cottage Cheese & Cinnamon
D-Pork Chop & Green Beans
S-Fudgescile

Workout--I get off work, and I plan on going cleaning lady crazy on my apartment, and then do some laundry, and dust off the good old wii fit...

Weight Loss down 1.5 lbs :) Woot Woot!

On a sad note, a classmate's baby died. My heart breaks for her.... I couldn't imagine how she feels right now...Makes me want to go home and hug my sweet goober and never let her go...

I'm Back... After trying the HCG diet and starving myself.. yeah not so much for me...I wasn't hungry on the diet, however, I didn't feel it was safe for my body to only eat 500 calories a day.

I decided to get my life back on the beach, the south beach diet that is.

I started yesterday, March 1st. So On March 15th, I will start P2, and I did this diet last year, and about this time last year, I was the lowest weight I had been in 10 years. I want to loose weight and get to a reasonible weight and maintain, before hubby and I would try and have another baby. I do not want to gain that much weight again and not be have hormones raging and feel like a beached whale.

This diet is much more balanced:
B-Hard Boiled Eggs, Cauliflower
S-Babybell Cheese & Sugar Snap Peas
L-Soy Burger, Cauliflower & Broccoli, with a bit of FF Ranch, Water
S-Sugar Snap Peas
D-Salsa Chicken & Beans
S-Cottage Cheese & Cinnamon
