Down 1 more lb, bringing the total to 6. I almost cheated last night with a donut. My hubby got chinese sugar covered donuts. Yum... but I resisted.. I have noticed that I was really tired yesterday and kinda dragging today. I didn't have tea with caffeine, so that might be part of it.
Breakfast was an egg, apple & Tea Water
Lunch was a chicken salad with pineapple. Water
Dinner-Fish & Cauliflower *super excited* can't wait yum, yum
Snack-Apple with cinnamon "this is my sweet treat" it makes me feel good
I am still learning about this diet as I go on so eggs are okay in small amounts. I lost on tuesday, when I had one. So I figured I would do it on Tuesdays, and Fridays... however, this morning I was a little more hungry than normal.
I need to find an hcg safe chocolate receipe because miss chocolate...
