Phase 2 ~ Day 3

Down another 2 lbs, brining total weight loss to 5 lbs, not bad.

Breakfast is an Apple and Natural Tea
Lunch is a Salad, with Chicken, Tomato, and Vingrette Dressing, with an orange
Dinner unsure yet... I have to go search the fridge
Snack- Cucumbers

Lots of Water....

Goal to lose today, 1 lb.
