My strength for no sweets broke, and I had some cake & a cookie.... so of course I would gain back the 1/2 lb I lost....
so I'm sitting at 10.5 lbs which is good, I am happy with my results, I'm mad at that I wasn't even hungry and I ate the cookie, mostly because it was there...

I can tell I've lost inches, in my legs and around my hips, not so much my waist, but its tighter, still not where it needs to be, but much better...
I plan on finishing the low calorie portion with drops on Friday the 25th... Then eat the low calorie on the 26th & 27ths, and start with the 3 week maintenance on the 28th. I had taco salad last night that was soooooooo good... Hopefully I can still continue to loose, I'm drinking lots of water today, and will eat when the water isn't cutting it anymore... I don't usually get hungry which then I eat, because its my meal time I'm suppose to eat...
