Phase 2 ~ Day 10

I cheated a little bit with some chocolate yesterday... however, I ate a very small supper...

I lost a 1/2 a lb yesterday and 1/2 today. Keeping my weight loss to 11 lbs now. Eating sugar hurts my stomach.... So I'm not sure why I keep wanting it, it makes me feel sick...

Breakfast-Apple & Tea
Lunch-Water Cauliflower & Blueberries ... piece of chocolate....
Feeling sick now.
Supper- Taco Salad -- Taco Seasoned Hamburger & Lettuce

I can't cut sugars out of my life completely because they are always there, I just need to figure out a way to balance them in my life completely. Sweets are my downfall... I love chocolate, and Im not one of those people who sits down and eats a whole bag of candy kisses or a whole chocolate cake, but Im good at baking, which makes wanting it so much easier when you want to test it. I made Butterscotch Puppy Chow for my work bake sale, i think it's good I didn't try it though... The Krispy bars I made I could care less about... but the chocolate covered fortune cookies, yum... I have 4 boxes of girl scout cookies sitting on my counter and I haven't touched them... I have the strength to say no... I just need to stick to it.

I want to be down another 7 lbs by the time this strict diet ends next friday, the 25th.
