1 week down, 2 weeks to go. Life can be stressful and as many people are, I turn to food to help with stress. I did a lot of hard exercise this weekend at work and at home, Moving stuff and unloading stuff is hard. I felt myself tired and having to rest a few times yesterday.
I was down 1.5 lbs on Friday, .5 Saturday, and 1 lb Sunday, and another lb today.
Bringing my total weight loss now 10 lbs.
Happy Valentine's Day ~ Tonight should be interesting, I plan on making hubby dinner of Steak and Potatoes, a Veggie and a bun. I am unable to eat the potatoes and bun, but the steak and veggie will be enough for me :)
Breakfast-Apple & Tea (New tea) will see if it causes a weight gain or stall
Lunch-Chicken Salad & apple
Dinner-Steak, Veggie, probably Broccoli....
Snack-Strawberries
Lots of Water, Super thristy today. Goal is a liter and half...
